Govt approves Rs 5 cr budget for expansion of Fishing Port in Bhatkal

02 Nov 2013 | Correspondent | Bhatkallys News Karwar: Karnataka Government has approved Rs 5 cr budget for expansion of Fishing Port in Bhatkal and for Karwar Fishing Port also the government has approved Rs 5 cr budget. This information was conveyed in a press conference held after Karnataka Rajyotsava programme in Karwar by Minister of State for Higher Education R V Deshpande. Likewise, 116 crore has been approved for improving the infrastructure of towns in Uttar Kannada. Approval has also been granted by the state government for establishment of 50 new colleges in the state and 100 new ITI institutes.
