Gouda Saraswath Samaj issues Manipal health card to people in Bhatkal

Bhatkal 24 September 2018: (Bhatkallys News Bureau) The 'Gouda Saraswat Samaj Seva Kalyana Samiti' on Sunday issued Manipal Konkani Health Card for the year 2018-19 to the people here in Bhatkal. The card issuing program was flagged off by giving the Health card to the first civilian of Bhatkal GSB Samaj President Shri. Harish Chandra Kamat. Speaking on the occasion GSS President Kiran Shanbhag said “The cards that are issued to the people helps in getting special discount for the health treatment in the Manipal hospital. So the people need to make use of this facility” Among the 296 registered family of the Taluka, about 1000 members were issued the health card. Members of the samaj including Nagesh Pai, Rajesh Kamat, Shrinath Pai and others were present on this occasion. (Bhatkallys News Bureau/Rizwan Gangavali)
