Gokarna police cracks mysterious murder case in less than a week

Gokarna 17 September 2018: (Bhatkallys News Bureau) Within days after murder of a man hailing from Siddapur on Gokarna beach, Gokarna police on Wednesday successfully arrested a man in connection to the Murder here at Gokarna. The detained has been identified as Dattatreya Venkataramana Naik, a resident of Mudangi. Earlier last week, a man hailing from Siddapur who resided at Gokarna post his marriage was found dead in mysterious condition near the beach area of Gokarna. However, as the Gokarna police concluded that he was murdered after getting their hands on the post-mortem report report began the intense investigation, resulting in the arrest of Dattareya on Wednesday, in connection to the murder. CPI Santosh Shetty, PSI Santosh Kumar, Umesh Ambig, Nagaraj, Krishna and other police personnel were involved in this operation. (Bhatkallys News Bureau)
