Gadag: Five teachers, two superintendents suspended for allegedly allowing Hijab wearing students in SSLC exam centres

Gadag: (Bhatkallys News Bureau) Five teachers and two superintendents of the CS Patil School in Karnataka's Gadag District were on Wednesday suspended from duty following allegations that they allowed Hijab-wearing students to appear for the SSLC examination in violation of the Karnataka HC order. SU Hokkalad, SM Pattar, SG Godke, SS Gujamagadi, VN Kivudar are the teachers suspended from duty while the two superintendents have been identified as KB Bhajantri and BS Honaguri. The suspended officials have claimed that the students were allowed to enter the campus but were not allowed to appear for the exams in the exams hall with the Hijab. They claimed that the students appeared for the exam without head scarf.
