Free medical camp for cancer patients held at Welfare Hospital

Bhatkal – 13 Jan 2013: Welfare Hospital in association with Mangalore Institute of Oncology organized a free medical camp for cancer patients here at Welfare Hospital today morning. On this occasion a team of specialists from Mangalore visited the camp. Five patients among 30 who visited the camp have been diagnosed with symptoms of cancer. On this occasion several schools of Bhatkal including Naunihal Central School, Shams School and Al-Kausar Girls College students connected with the Doctors by video conferencing and shared the information about this killer disease.
