Forest Department officials attempt to demolish a house in Master Colony, Bhatkal

4th May 2013 / Rizwan Gangavaly / Bhatkallys News Bhatkal: Officials of Forest Department had come to demolish a non-registered (Atikaram) house in Master Colony, an area falling under the limits of Heble Gram Panchayat in Bhatkal, but, till the time they demolished the compound wall, neighbours from the surrounding area gathered in huge numbers and started protesting against them. Looking at the aggressive nature of the locals in the area, forest officials returned back.
