Following Hegde's footsteps, Sunil Naik too writes letter to District administration to not include his name in Tipu Jayanti celebrations

Bhatkal 07 November 2018: (Bhatkallys News Bureau) In a letter submitted to Uttara Kannada District Administration, Bhatkal-Honnavar MLA Sunil Naik urged not to include his name in the invitation of Tippu Jayatni both at Taluka as well as District level celebration which will be held on 10th of November. In the letter, Sunil clearly admitted that his political role model and Union Minister Anant Kumar Hegde has reservations against Tipu Jayanti and has urged that his name not to be included invitations to any such events, and following his principles he too has decided to give the event a miss.
