Five years imprisonment for students if caught with leaked II PU Question papers, Colleges and Parents informed

Bhatkallys News Bureau Mangaluru 11 Feb 2018: Department of Pre-University College (DPUE) has issued a circular to all the colleges to inform the parents that if any student is caught along with the II PUC leaked question paper then that student might have to face the imprisonment along with the penalty. As per few of the amendments of Karnataka Education Act 1983, the authorities can now imprison a person leaking the 2nd PU Question Papers. The accused will be imprisoned for five years along with the penalty upto Rs 5lac. The same will be followed to the students if caught with the leaked papers.
