Fishermen's boat trapped in Arabian Sea also reached the shore safely

Bhatkal: September 12, 2020 (Bhatkallys News Bureau) The fishermen's boat 'Qamar-ul-Bahr', which went to sea from Bhatkal port for fishing on Wednesday and got trapped near Netrani Island, was brought safely to Karwar Madga beach with the help of another boat. On the occasion, Nowshad Khan thanked Allah for this and said that Gopal Moger of Bhatkal Bandar had helped him a lot in bringing his boat to shore. He also thanked the sailor and all the other gentlemen who lived with him. It may be recalled that the engine of the boat had broken down while returning from fishing on Thursday, due to which 24 fishermen on board had to spend the whole night on the boat. The next day, a rescue operation was carried out by the Indian Coast Guard on Friday and all the people were taken to Karwar beach.
