Father son duo dies on the spot as tree falls on bike in Yellapur

Karwar 15 July 2018: (Bhatkallys News Bureau) As heavy rain continued to batter the Uttara Kannada district, a heart wrenching incident on Saturday killed a father and his son when they were travelling on a bike. According to the reports when Subhash and his son Nagraj Solgaokar were travelling from Yellapur towards Ankola, a huge tree fell directly onto their bike killing both of the on the spot. The incident took place on NH 63 of Idgundi village of Yellapur Taluka. A case has been registered at Yellapur police station. (Bhatkallys News Bureau/ Rizwan Gangavali)
