Farmer drowns in pool in Bengre

Bhatkal - 21 June 2011: A farmer drowned in a pool here in Bengre village of Bhatkal taluk. The incident occurred when the farmer after finishing his field work went for a bath in the pool. Nobody noticed him while drowning in the pool as the place was isolated.

A case has been registered at Bhatkal rural police station and the investigation is going on.
