Farmer dies of snake bite in his field in Bhatkal

Bhatkal 13 November 2018: (Bhatkallys News Bureau) A local farmer who was working in a field died after being bitten by a snake in Belke Gram Panchayath limits of Bhatkal Taluka on Monday. The deceased has been identified as Timappa Somaiah Gonda (45), a resident of Belke. According to the reports, when Timappa was working in his field collapsed after being bitten by a poisonous snake. However, when he was taken to the Hospital he was declared dead by the doctors. A case has been registered at Bhatkal rural police station. (Bhatkallys News Bureau)
