Excessive rainfall in Coastal Karnataka: House roof collapses in Bhatkal, no casualties

Bhatkal 18 July 2019: The roof of a house collapsed on Wednesday at Todalli of Bailur due to excessive rainfall across the Taluka. Revenue official Chand Basha, Village Accountant Shekhar and Nagappa Naik visited the place and inspected the spot while also estimating the loss. The estimated loss of Rs.1,20,000 has been reported. Luckily no casualties were reported in the incident. (Bhatkallys News Bureau)
