EAM Sushma Swaraj to visit Palestine, Israel

New Delhi:  Ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's proposed visit to Israel next year, External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj will travel to Tel Aviv, besides Palestine and two other countries, in mid January. Ms Swaraj will be on a four-day, four-nation visit starting January 15, officials in the External Affairs Ministry said. "The Minister will be on a four-day visit to Algeria, Palestine, Israel and Bahrain on from January 15 to 18," said the officials. Her visit to Israel is in the run up to Mr Modi's high profile visit to the Jews country next year, announcement of which was made this year.
