Dubai gold further slips; prices below Dh148

The price of gold in the so-called “City of Gold” is not getting any higher. As of 10:09 in the morning, the price of Dubai gold continues to fall, with the 24-carat gold hitting Dh147.75 mark, a drop from yesterday’s Dh148, latest statistics from Gulf News showed. The price of a 22-carat gold also declined from Dh139 to Dh138.75. The Filipino Times earlier reported that the continuous decrease could encourage Dubai locals and expatriates to invest in the industry.
