Dr Kirti Shetty house burglary; Stolen goods recovered

Bhatkal - 18 Sep 2011: Bhatkal police successfully solved the house burglary case by arresting the thieves involved in the burglary and recovered the stolen goods. The arrested were identified as Irshad (35) from Gulmi area of Bhatkal and Nepali national, Prem Bahadur Jailal (25). They confessed to their crime during police interrogation and disclosed the location where they had kept all the stolen goods. The recovered jewellery amount is estimated to around 15,18,105 rupees as per present market rates.

Bhatkal DySP, Mr M Narayan led the investigation team with the help of Bhatkal CPI, Mr Shiv Prakash, Crime Branch PSI, Mr Umesh Kambli and other police officials.
