Diyab Kharuri to play in CBSE national level football meet

Bhatkal 04 Nov 2017: Diyab Kharuri, a 17 year old young Bhatkali lad and son Rahmatullah Rahi, has been selected for UAE U-19 National CBSE Football team that will play CBSE National Football Championship in Noida, India.
In a tournament held at Abu Dhabi, Diyab’s school (Our Own High School Dubai) won the finals riding on two brilliant goals from Diyab, following which he booked a berth to the National team for himself.
A Student of 12th Grade, Diyab is also an active member of BIFA both in Bhatkal and Dubai, and has represented the association in several tournaments.
The National level tournament will be played between 2 Nov and 8 Nov 2017 while Diyab’s team will take the field for the first time on Nov 4 in the tournament.
Speaking to Bhatkallys.com Rahmatullah Rahi, expressed his happiness over the selection of his son to play at the National level championship and said “Diyab is very passionate about football. He started watching international matches at a very early age and kept working towards training himself. I've always supported him with his interests and proud of what he has achieved. May Allah grant him with more success.”
President of BIFA, Mawiya Mohtisham, while speaking to Bhatkallys.com said "Diyab is one of the most outstanding football player of the club, and a key member in promoting football in Dubai. BIFA Team wishes him all the best for his participation at the National level CBSE Championship"
Notably, two youngsters will be representing their teams at two different games at the National level. While Diyab will play Football at Noida another young lad Siyam will represent Karnataka State team at the National level Kabbadi tournament at Jharkhand.
