Karwar: September 6, 2020 (Bhatkallys News Bureau) Minister in-charge of Uttarkarnataka district Shivaram Haibar and his wife tested Covid-19 positive.
He said on Twitter that he did not show any symptoms of Corona at the moment and was being treated at home on the advice of doctors.
