Dalit Sangharsh Samiti holds protest against transfer of Uttar Kannada DC

Bhatkal - 08 Jan 2012: Dalit Sangarrsh Samiti yesterday held protest rally here in Bhatkal demanding restoration of Uttar Kannada DC, Mr B N Krishnaiah who was recently transferred to Bangalore Rural District. The rally left from IB office and after passing through Shamsuddin Circle and NH-17 concluded at AC office where a memorandum was submitted to Assistant Commissioner, Mr Ashok Kumar demanding stay on DC's transfer.

On this occasion, Mr Manjunath Hallyar, Dist Convenor of Dalith Sangarsh Samiti, Mr Krishna Hallyar, PresedentDalith Sangarsh Samiti, Mr Mahadev, Mr Ganesh Hallyar, Mr Mahesh Palegar and others were present.
