Cyclist injured after hit by car near Venkatpur

5 Dec 2013 / Rizwan Gangavaly / Bhatkallys News Bhatkal: A cyclist received head injuries and had his hand fractured when he was knocked off his bicycle by an Omni car on NH-66 near Venktapur. As per inputs, the car heading towards Kumta from Mangalore hit a cycle when it took a sudden turn. This incident happened at around 6.30 pm near ice-factory in Venkatpur area of Bhatkal. The injured, identified as Chand Saheb (22), a labour by profession and a resident of Makka Colony is undergoing treatment at Taluka Hospital.
