'Cultural Day' celebrated at Shams English School

Bhatkal - 22 Nov 2011: Shams English Medium School which is managed and run by Idara Tarbiat Ikhwan organized a 'Cultural Day' at its Campus located here at Jamia Abad road, Bhatkal.

Mr Shafi Shaikh, Principal Shams School presided over the function.

The inaugural program started with the Qirat followed by Naat. Moulana Mohammed Hussain Jukaku delivered welcome note while chief guest of the function, Mr Syed Abdullah Lanka spoke on the necessity and importance of curricular activities in Schools and Colleges.

Later several cultural programs between different groups of students including Hamd, Naat, Poem, Speech competition etc were held and the winners were rewarded.
