Cosmos to organize Dist Level Kabaddi Tournament

Bhatkal – 22 Jan 2012: Cosmos Sports Center is organizing a District Level Kabaddi Tournament on 26th and 27th January 2013 here at SIM Ground located opposite to TFC Hotel. This was announced by the General Secretary of Cosmos, Mr Ismail at a press meet held recently in Bhatkal. 25 teams from all over the district have confirmed their participation in this tournament. The winners will receive a cash prize of Rs 40,000/ and a trophy while the 2nd 3rd and 4th position winners will get a cash prize of Rs 25,000/-, Rs 10,000/- and Rs 5,000/- respectively. Bhatkal MLA, Mr J D Naik will be inaugurating the tournament at 5:00 pm on 26th January and the matches will be played under flood lights an artificially constructed stadium.
