Collision between bus and car in Manki; 5 injured

Bhatkal - In a collision between a KSRTC bus and a car on National Highway Manki today morning five persons travelling on the car have been injured out of which two are in very critical condition.
According to sources, the car was trying to overtake another vehicle when a KSRTC bus suddenly came in front of the car and the car driver not being able to control the car collided with the bus.
Injured persons have been identified as the car driver Tanji Shivaji (47), Sushil Kumbra (26), Guru Prasad (31), Raghuvendra (31) and Sujatha Shetty (24) in which Sujatha and the car driver are in critical condition. They have been sent to Manipal Hospital. This case has been registered in Manki Police Station.
