Citizenship workshop at Anjuman B.Ed College

Bhatkal, August 25, 2019 (Bhatkallys News Bureau): A two-day citizen training workshop for students was launched today at the Anjuman College of Education (BED College), in which the town's DYSP, Valentine D'Souza made a special guest. Speaking on the occasion, he advised the students to build self-esteem and overcome fear. Calling on students to show greater courage and fight suicidal tendencies, if any, he said failure is not an evil but loss of courage is the greatest evil. He advised young students to use their abilities to benefit the country. Speaking at the event, Abdul Rahim Jukaku, President, Anjuman Hami-e-Muslimeen Bhatkal also presented students with useful suggestions.  In addition, the Guest of Honor Abdul Rahman Siddiqui also expressed his views. Also present at the event were, Ismail Siddique, General Secretary AHM Bhatkal, Mohammad Ishaq Shabandri, Additional General Secretary AHM Bhatkal and Aftab Qamri, College Board Secretary.
