Chinna Pattana Temple's Rath Utsav Celebrated with Traditional Fervour

Bhatkal - 07 Feb 2012: Bhatkal Chinnapattana Hanuman Devasthan's special Rath Utsav was celebrated today evening here in Bhatkal with religious fervour and enthusiasm. As a part of this ritual, large number of devotees visited the temple and participated in a special pooja and later in the evening the Rath Yatra was carried out from Hanuman Devasthan and after passing through Main Road, Car Street it was concluded at the starting point.

On this occasion Bhatkal MLA Mr J D Naik, Temple Trustee Mr Surendra Shanbhag, Mr Balakrishna Shastri, Mr L K Moger, Mr N G Kolle, Ex President of Zilla Panchayat Mr Damodar Gardikar, Mr Babu Master, Mr Dinesh Naik, HJV leader Mr Govind Naik, Mr Krishna Naik and others were present.

Heavy security arrangements were in place to deal with any untoward incident.
