CBSE Class 10 results to be announced on June 3

New Delhi: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will release the Class 10 results on Saturday.

"The results will be announced on June 3 at forenoon," a senior CBSE official said.

The CBSE had declared the Class 12 results for 2017 on Sunday at 10:25 am. A total of 10,98,891 candidates from 10,678 schools registered for the exams, which is registering a 2.82 per cent point increase from that of 2016. Raksha Gopal from Amity International School, Noida has topped the boards this year with 99.6 percent. However, the overall pass percentage has tumbled to 82 percent from last year's 83.05.

Students  can check their result on cbse.nic.in or cbseresults.nic.in . All students have been requested to keep their relevant candidate information, like roll numbers, ready in order to avoid delays.
