Burj Khalifa lights up for India's Republic Day

Dubai -- The UAE-India relations are set to get a big push as His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, visits India on a three-day official trip. Sheikh Mohamed will be the chief guest at the Republic Day parade.

He is only the third Arab leader to attend India's Republic Day celebrations as Chief Guest. The other two Arab leaders are Algerian President Abdelaziz Bouteflika in 2001 and the late King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud of Saudi Arabia in 2006.
The UAE delegation includes Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs, Sheikh Hamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chief of the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince's Court, Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Dr. Anwar bin Mohammed Gargash, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs and Reem bint Ibrahim Al Hashemi, Minister of State for International Cooperation.
