BMYF to host a district level Kabaddi tournament from Nov 27-30

04 November, 2014 | Correspondent | Bhatkallys News Bhatkal: Bhatkal Muslim Youth Federation is going to host a day & night district level Kabaddi tournament from Nov 27-30, informed Naseef Khalifa, the federation's Sports Secretary at a press conference organized at IB office. Elobaring on the details of the tournament, he said that this is the first time that a league-styled Kabaddi tournament is being played in Bhatkal under flood lights. Only 10 teams will participate in this tournament for which the team-ownership forms will be made available till 5th November and needs to be filled and submitted by 7th November. Similarly, player application will be distributed from 5th November which needs to be submitted before 12th November. The winning team and runners-up team will be awarded with Rs 75,000 (plus trophy) and Rs 50,000 (plus trophy) respectively while the 3rd and 4th place holders will be awarded with Rs 25,000 (plus trophy) and Rs 15,000 (plus trophy) respectively. - ARF
