BMJD announces scholarships to deserving students

30th June 2013 / Press Release / Bhatkallys News Bhatkal/Dubai: Since past many years, Bhatkal Muslim Jamat Dubai (BMJD) has been awarding scholarships to deserving students to continue with their studies. This year too BMJD will award scholarships in the form of academic tuition fees for deserving students of Muslim-managed institutes from PUC till Graduation and Post Graduation. These scholarships will be given directly to the respective institutes. In order to obtain these scholarships, candidates are requested to fill the forms and submit to Rabita office, Nawayath Colony along with copies of their mark sheets and certificates. Given below are the terms and conditions to earn the scholarships: 1) Students scoring more than 85% of marks in the preceding exam will get 100% tuition fees. 2) Students scoring between 70% - 84.99% of marks in the preceding exam will get 50% tuition fees. 3) These scholarships will not be handed over to eligible students but will be sent directly to the respective institutes. 4) For consistently good performance, they will be provided with scholarships till they complete their education. 5) Scholarships will only be given to the students whose total family income is less than Rs 2 lacks. 6) Students eligible for 100% scholarship should submit an acknowledgement stating that they are not receiving any other scholarships from any additional establishments. 7) Last date for submitting the applications is 15th July 2013.
