BMJ-Muscat observes condolence meet for Muallim Zaferali

MUSCAT, Jan 16,2011 (Bhatkallys News) :BMJ Muscat observed a condolence meet for Muallim Zaferali who passed away on Thursday. At a brief meeting held in Ruwi, Aftab Kola, BMJ vice-president, recalled the selfless services of the former general secretary of Anjuman. Praising Zaferali's qualities Aftab said the outstanding educationist was known for sticking to principles. Qamar Merchant, general secretary of BMJ, said the fact that he was pursuing MA at this age speaks volumes about the importance of education which he adhered to. Mohtesham (Cuttack) Ismail and Abdul Wahab Ekkeri also spoke on the occasion. Earlier, funeral prayers in absentia was conducted at a Ruwi masjid. Habiburrahman Akrami alias Bapane made the dua for the magfirat of Muallim Zaferali.
