BMJ Dubai holds Nawayati mushaira program

June 10, 2014 | Correspondent | Bhatkallys News Dubai: A Nawayati mushaira program was organized here in Al Ras, Dubai by BMJD  in which various poets from Bhatkal, Murudeshwar, and Manki charmed the audience with their recital of Nawayati poems. The poets included Syed Mohiuddin, Faizan Bafqi, FazlurRehman Ruknuddin, Ayub Khatib, Naufil Damudi, Ismail Khan Saheb, and others from Bhatkal; Abuhuseina Abideen, Abdul Rashid H from Manki and Abdul Ghani Koteshwar from Murudeshwar. Syed Abubakar Maliki too enthralled the audience with his beautiful poems. Speaking at the occasion as the chief guest, Moulana Ayub Barmawar Nadvi encouraged the audience to learn the Nawayati language and advocated to converse in Nawayati language in our daily lives. Mohatisham Jaan Abdul Rehman introduced Nawayat Mehfil and spoke about the activities undertaken by Nawayat Mehfil in Bhatkal. - ARF
