Blue Whale Challenge takes another life: Hyderabad student commits suicide

Hyderabad: Blue Whale Game takes another life of a BITS Pilani Hyderabad campus student. According to the report published in India Today, a 19-year-old student, T. Varun, resident of Maple Town Villas, Gandipet committed suicide by suffocating himself to death. He wrapped a plastic sheet around his face. It is also reported that on Saturday, his father approached the police and informed about the suicide. Talking on the case, Inspector of Police, V. Umender said that they suspect that he had committed suicide after accepting the challenge in Blue Whale game.
