BJP announces ‘Mangaluru Chalo’

The core committee of the State BJP, which met here on Friday, has decided to take out a ‘Mangaluru Chalo’ demanding the resignation of Forest Minister B. Ramanath Rai. According to the party, Mr. Rai is supporting organisations including PFI and KFD that are allegedly involved in the murder of Sharath Madivala as made out by the police probe. Briefing the media, general secretary Arvind Limbavali said the party would also intensify agitation demanding the resignation of Energy Minister D.K. Shivakumar and Small Scale Industries Minister Ramesh Jarkiholi.
