Bikes collide near Nawayat Colony on NH-66, 1 killed

27 Aug 2013 / Rizwan Gangavaly / Bhatkallys News Bhatkal: One youth was killed and another was injured when the motorbikes they were riding collided, sending them hurtling down the Bhatkal National Highway near Telephone Exchange Tuesday evening at around 8:15pm. The deceased has been identified as Surinder Porshottam Naik (20) and the injured has been identified as Abdul Rehman s/o Jameel Husain Damdabo. The corpse is placed at Bhatkal government hospital's morgue and the injured is undergoing treatment at Welfare Hospital.
