Bike-truck collision kills one at Honnavar

Honnavar 15 October 2018: (Bhatkallys News Bureau) In a tragic road accident between a bike and truck, bike rider died while on the way to the hospital after sustaining critical head injury here at Haldipur of Honnavar Taluka on Sunday, October 14. The deceased has been identified as Mukesh Timanna Uppar (28), resident of Kumta taluk. According to the sources, an over-speeding truck which was heading towards Kumta from Honnavar collided with Mukesh's bike, after which bike again crashed onto the oncoming taker. The impact of the accident left Mukesh with severe head injuries. However, he breathed his last while on the way to the Hospital. A case has been registered at Honnavar Police station.
