BIFA outsmarts Lucky Star to win district-level football tournament

October 19, 2015 | Correspondent | Bhatkallys News Shirur: BIFA (Bhatkal inter Football Association) outwitted Lucky Star of Kundapur to win district-level football tournament organized by Royal United Football Club. When both sides did not manage to score even a single goal in both the halves, the penalty shoot-out was called in which BIFA outsmarted Lucky Star to lift the trophy. The tournament was held on 17th and 18th October in Shirur. Likewise, BIFA stood as runners up in the district-level football tournament organized by Rajiv Gandhi Khel Abhiyaan on 16th October. - ARF
