Bifa 7's Football League ends: Amulia MICA team becomes champion

Bhatkal: December 7, 2020 (Bhatkallys News Bureau) Bhatkal Inter Football Association (BIFA) organized three-day football league called BIFA 7's at the Taluka Stadium in Nawayat Colony has come to end. The final match was played yesterday in which Amulia MICA competed against Inch Decor Vestal in which Amulia team took a 3-2 lead in the penalty shoot and became champion.

In addition to the winners and runners-up trophies, the best striker award was given to Sameed Ruknuddin, the best defender award got to Mohammad Aqsam, the best playmaker award was given to Luqman, the emerging player award was given to Zaffaf Armar and Mohammad Sufyan and the best goalkeeper award was given to Muhammad Hami.

On the occasion, BIFA player Sameh Kobatte was awarded the Academic Award for outstanding achievement in the field of education and Muhammad Zaid for completing the memorization of the Qur'an.

It may be recalled that eight teams had participated in this league for which 96 players were selected after an auction among 170 players before the league.
