Bhatkallys.com Urdu Audio App launched in Bengaluru

Bengaluru 24 February 2017: Celebrating a milestone in the illustrious history of Bhatkallys.com, a national launch event celebrating the launch of Urdu Audio mobile app united intellectuals, bureaucrats, policy-makers and academicians at a glittering event hosted on Friday in Bengaluru. More than 200 prominent personalities from the city attended the event, hosted at Feroze's White Manor. Bhatkallys-program-urduaudio-01 Moulana Mufti Ashraf Ali, Karnataka Amir-e-Shariat presided over the event. The event was attended by Moulana Maqsood Imran, Imam, Jamia Masjid City Market and Principal, Jamia Ul Uloom Arabic College, and Moulana Mustafa Rifai among other important personalities. A delegation of prominent personalities from Bhatkal also attended the event including, Moulana Khaja Akrami Madani, Qazi Markazi Jamat-ul Muslimeen Bhatkal, Moulana Abdul Rab Nadvi, Moulana Irshad Naite Nadvi, Moulana Jafer Faqui, and Majlis-e-Islah wa Tanzeem General Secretary Altaaf Kharoori, Seretary General of Khaleej Council, Mohinuddin Ruknuddin, Anjuman Hami-e-Muslimeen President Abdul Rahim Jukaku, all of whom addressed the event and appreciated the efforts and hard work behind this project, they also spoke about the importance of using this app at homes especially by the women and the role it can play in one's life. Bhatkallys-program-urduaudio-03 In his presidential address, Moulana Mufti Ashraf Ali, praised Bhatkallys,com and Urdu Audio app team for coming up with this project and ensuring the noble use of advanced technologies to preserve Urdu language and literature. Moulana Abdul Mateen Muniri, Director, UrduAudio.com highlighted the app's idea as he shared his insights  on the project and briefed on the historic significance of Rare Urdu audio collections of several historical poets and scholars. Bhatkallys-program-urduaudio-05 Founder of Bhatkallys Media Society, Mohsin Shabandri spoke about global recognition the website which has been received for its work and also shared the website's international appeal with visitors from across the world including Africa, Canada, USA and various other countries. He also urged the local public to support their cause by spreading the importance of the app in their households and locality. The app has already reached No. 1 spot in the list of app in Urdu world, with more than 4000 audio clips of more than 400 speakers. Which also include some of the very rare audios of Urdu World. Bhatkallys-program-urduaudio-02 Several political figures also attended the event including Deputy Chairperson of Karnataka NRI Forum, Dr. Arthi Krishna, who spoke briefly about the importance of Preserving our cultures and Heritage. The event began with recitation of Holy Quran by Muhammad Shamoon followed by its Urdu translation by Musab Abida. Famous poet Azeez Belgami sung Na'at, while Abubakar Siddique did an wonderful job as the MC of  the event. The event concluded at 10.30 pm followed by dinner.
