Bhatkalis in Oman relish eid moments

Muscat, Nov 21,2010 (Bhatkallys News): Eid holidays for Bhatkalis based in Oman were spent in a jovial atmosphere. A section of Bhatkal community thoroughly savoured the eid holidays by taking a four-hour dhow cruise along the picturesque shores of Oman. The dhow started from Marina Bander Al Rowdah from Bustan area and glided through the waters and anchored at the idyllic Bander Al Khyran. About 65 guests on board the Al Ainan vessel had a memorable time.

Several other groups visited Salalah, Wadi Bani Khalid, Sur and Jabal Al Akhdar. At least twelve Bhatkal families from the neighbouring UAE visited Oman during the eid holidays. Another family from Kuwait and Saudi Arabia also joined others in exploring Oman's stunning landscape.
