Bhatkalis celebrate Eid in Oman

MUSCAT ( Bhatkallys News) : The Bhatkal community in Oman celebrated eid al fitr on Friday. Most of the Bhatkalis offered eid prayers in Dhofar prayer hall and Al Falah masjid in downtown Ruwi. The community based in Seeb prayed at Moosa Abdurrahman masjid. At Dhofar prayer hall, where the majority Bhatkalis prayed, the prayer was led by Moulana Saleem Aliakbara and Urdu translation of the eid sermon was rendered by visiting moulana Vasiullah DF. As usual, some people met for greetings at the residence of Mr Aftab Kola, Lowna Abubaker and SM Syed Shakeel. Eid holidays in Oman is until Monday. On the second day people went to places like Wadi Dayqah dam site, Wadi Bani Khalid, Wadi Hoqain, etc.
