Bhatkal: Walnut Grey organises Taluka level IT Quiz; Anjuman PU college bags first place

Bhatkal 20 September 2018: (Bhatkallys News Bureau) Walnut Grey on Thursday organised a Taluka level IT Quiz for students of different institutions at Rabita hall here on 20 September. Bhatkal BEO MR Munji, Anjuman Institute of Technology and Management (AITM) Principal Mushtaq Ahmed Bavikatte were present as the guest during the event. Earlier, prelim rounds were conducted between students of 8^th-12^th grade of all the institution, after which 27 teams were selected consisting two members each, of which six teams were selected for the final rounds. Anjuman PU College and New Shams School secured first and second place respectively. The winners of the competition were awarded cash prize of five thousand rupees along with a trophy, while the runner-up three thousand rupees along with a trophy. Farhan Akrami and Amanullah Donna were part of the winning team while runner up team consisted Mafaz Sada and Afaque Shaikh. Mohammed Shaikh, Abrarul Haq Khateebi, Shazir Hussain and others were present on the dias during the event. (Bhatkallys News Bureau)
