Bhatkal: Two killed in a road accident on Shirali NH 66

Bhatkallys News Bureau/ Rizwan Gangavali Shirali 07 Aug 2017: A mini bus collided with a bike in Shirali town of Bhatkal Taluk today, killing two people on the spot. The incident happened in the early morning while a bike collided with an mini tourist bus on NH 66 of Shirali, resulting in the death of both the bikers on the spot, said the police. The deceased have been identified as Manjunath Gowda (24) and Hanumanth Kallappa (30), both residents of Kalghatgi of Dharwad District. A case has been registered in Murudeshwar police station and further investigations are underway.
