Bhatkal Town Police to organise art competition to create traffic awareness on Nov 30; Details here

Bhatkal: 29 November,25 (Bhatkallys News Bureau) An art competition focused on promoting road safety and traffic awareness will be held on November 30 at Tree Park on Sagar Road. The programme is being organised by the Bhatkal Town Police in association with the youth group S-Arts, and is open to students, young people and the general public.

Briefing reporters, Bhatkal Town Police Inspector Diwakar said the event will take place from 3 pm to 6 pm. He said the objective is to encourage awareness on helmet use, traffic rules and overall road safety through creative expression. Prizes will be given to the top three entries, and all participants will receive certificates from senior police officers.

Mohammed Saalim of S-Arts said participants may use their paintings to convey positive messages on safe road behaviour. Interested individuals can register by scanning the QR code featured on the event poster.

S-Arts members Shabbir Ajaib and Sulaim Jubapu, along with police officials, have appealed to the public to take part in the programme and support efforts to promote road safety in the town.
