Bhatkal: Taluka Working Journalist Association felicitates founder of Sneha Special School to mark annual press day

Bhatkal 02 July 2018: (Bhatkallys News Bureau) "By looking these special students smile, I forget my own failures, life's problems and stress" said Malati Udyavar, Founder/Principal of Sneha Special school of Bhatkal.
Malati was felicitated on Monday by the Bhatkal Taluka working Journalist Association here on the occasion of annual press day.
Speaking on the occasion Malati said "We started with four students and turned a house into school, I had to face lots of problems then, people used to taunt us and insult us when we first started the school." she added.
Speaking about the Olympics particippation of the students, Malati said "The students of this school have represented State at the National level in sports, but couldn't take part in the international level as we couldn't get the co-operation and consent from their parents. However, I am currently training about 10 students for taking part in the upcoming Olympics in the year 2020" added Malati.
On this occasion The taluka working journalist President RK Bhat, Secretary Baskar Naik, Innayatullah Gawai, Manju Naik, Rizwan Gangawalli, Fayaz Mulla, Ragavendra Hebbar, Uday Naik, Raza Manvi and Shivani Shantaram were present during the felicitation program.
