Bhatkal taluka records increase in fish harvests

13th June 2013 / Rizwan Gangavaly / Bhatkallys News Bhatkal: This year, Bhatkal taluka has recorded an increase in fish harvests. According to reports from fishermen, their revenues this year have increased as compared to previous year. This year their output from fish harvesting has soared from 90588.21 metric tons to 94354.12 thus recording an increase of 4 percent when compared to the previous year.
