Bhatkal Tahsildar warns against encroachment of government land

August 29, 2015 | Correspondent | Bhatkallys News Bhatkal: Taking serious note of encroachment of government land in different parts of the town, Bhatkal Tahsildar has issued a press release warning the citizens against encroachment of government land. Terming the buying and selling of government land as illegal, Tahsildar said that no one should purchase such a land and no one should sell such a land. In the end, Tahsildar called encroachments as violations against law and warned of criminal proceedings under section 192 of Revenue Act. -ARF
