Bhatkal: Tahsildar seals three under construction houses in Hurlisal

Bhatkal 15 April 2018: Acting over the order of district administration, a team led by Bhatkal Tashildar, including tax department officials and police department on Saturday sealed 3 houses which were built on the revenue land near Huralisal of Bhatkal.
According to the reports inspite of the repeated warnings, Abdul Rehaman Kobate, Padmayya Shaniyar Naik and Shaniyar Durgappa Naik had constructed their houses on revenue land while ignoring the government regulations.
On Saturday morning a team led by Tashildar VP Kotralli sealed the houses amidst tight police security. The family members however tried to resist the raid but the presence of police officials helped the raiding team bring situation under control.
Cases against seven people have been registered in this connection while another similar case was reported in Belke locality.
The team led by Tashildar VP Kotralli, included Santosh Bandari, Raju Naik, CPI Ganesh, SI Ravi and others during the raid.
