Bhatkal: Student of New Shams School, Falah M.J wins gold at CISCE Regional Karate championship, qualifies for Nationals

Bhatkal: 25 August (Bhatkallys News Bureau)  Falah M.J, a Grade IX student of New Shams School, has made his institution and hometown proud by clinching the gold medal at the CISCE Regional Karate Championship for Karnataka and Goa, held in Bengaluru.

With this victory, Falah has now qualified for the national-level championship, where he will represent Karnataka in the upcoming competition next month.

School authorities expressed pride in his achievement and extended their best wishes as he prepares for the Nationals. They also credited his success to the consistent training provided by his coach, Amar Shabandari of Amarsha Karate & Fitness Academy, and the encouragement from Physical Education teacher, Shammas, who supported him through the zonal rounds at Davangere and the regional event in Bengaluru.

The school management, while congratulating Falah, reaffirmed its commitment to nurturing young talents and encouraging students to excel in both academics and extracurricular activities.
