Bhatkal: Sneha special school's students to represent Karnataka at National level games

Bhatkal 1 November 2018: (Bhatkallys News Bureau) Special students at Sneha Special school Bhatkal have been selected to represent Karnataka state teams in two different games at National level later in November.
Yasir Arafath has been selected for Karnataka team in floor ball game, while Sayed Yaseen has made his way into the state team in floor hockey.
A zonal level selection round was organised at Manipal on October, where special students from Udupi, Dakshin Kannada, Uttara Kannada, Shimoga and Chikmagalur district participated for trials. Four students Sayed Yaseen, Yasir Arafath, Abubaker Subhan and Ukasha Motiya were selected at the zonal level and were sent for state-level selection in Bengaluru HSR Layout on October 6.
Two students (Yasir Arafath and Sayed Yaseen) did commendably well at the state level selection are were subsequently rewarded with their selection in the state teams that will play national level games.
Yasir will play at the national games in floor ball, to be held at Bengaluru between 12-14 November, while Yaseen will play floor hockey at national games at Patiala Punjab, between 17-22 November.
Speaking to Bhatkallys.com founder and Head Mistress of Sneha Special School Malati Udyawar expressed her happiness over the selection of students and congratulated them, while adding that it is the hard work of the students and staff of many months, that has paid off.
