Bhatkal Shree Ramsena Chief Shankar Naik arrested

Bhatkallys News Bureau/ Aj Asadi Bhatkal 23 Jan 2018: Shree Ramsena's Bhatkal unit president Shankar Naik was on Monday arrested by Karwar Police following his arrest orders by DSP Vinayaka Patil. He was arrested from Karwar in connection with the case pertaining to his posts that were disturbing the communal harmony and spreading communal hatred in the region during the recent communal clashes in the Uttara Kannada district. Gokarna PSI Santhosh, Ankola PSI Shreedhar and Karwar PSI Navin Naik led the arrest operation in Karwar. Speaking to Bhatkallys.com over the phone call Navin Naik confirmed the arrest of the Shree Ramsena chief and said he was handed over to the Gokarna Police after the arrest as cases of spreading communal hatred on social media were registered against him in Gokarna.
